The flavors and ingredients of each saison were also inspired by the local communities where these well-known surf breaks are situated. Like the adrenaline-rousing waves of Bells Beach, this Aussie inspired Fall Saison will stimulate your palate with a perfect balance of Galaxy Hops, blended Saison yeast, flaked oats, and local wildflower honey.
Aussie translation: “This amber fluid is bloody Ace!”
